  1. Motor vehicle tax

    Have you sold or scrapped your car? If you were registered as the owner after 1 January, the annual motor vehicle tax is still your responsibility.

  2. Avoid too much being deducted from your pay

    It is important that you ensure that the deduction from your pay is correct before the deductions begin. This is what you do: Once you receive a notice of attachment proceedings, you can still pay what you owe by paying the entire amount. If you cannot pay the amount in full, attachment proceedings will be initiated.

  3. Part payment on fines?

    Wait until you receive a new invoice in a letter from us. It will have the correct Customer ID (KID) for you to use in the self service option.

    If you want to make several payments, it may be cheaper to use our card payment service than your online banking service.

  1. Do you not know which vehicle it concerns or do you no longer have the vehicle?
  2. Overdue student loans are expensive
  3. Submitting the accounting late imposes penalty charges
  4. Have you been informed that you will no longer be sent payment reminders?

    New rules have been introduced concerning payment reminders and other messages from central government agencies – you now have to be registered in the national register for digital communication to receive such messages. All Norwegian citizens are entered in the register, but you must update your mobile phone/email information yourself. See the explanation below about how to do this.

  5. Are you expecting a tax refund?

    If you are due a tax refund, we can ask the tax authorities to withhold the refund to cover the unpaid claims we have against you. This is called a tax set-off.

  6. Part payment of your student loan?
