Have you been informed that you will no longer be sent payment reminders?

New rules have been introduced concerning payment reminders and other messages from central government agencies – you now have to be registered in the national register for digital communication to receive such messages. All Norwegian citizens are entered in the register, but you must update your mobile phone/email information yourself. See the explanation below about how to do this.

How to restart the sending of reminders

Log on and change your user profile in the register, then enter your mobile phone number and email address

From now on, payment reminders will be sent to the mobile number / email address you entered under contact information.

Do you not have a Norwegian personal ID number?

In such case, you will not be registered in the national register for digital communication and we will not be able to send you payment reminders. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
