Vanlige klær, hjelpemidler som skyldner trenger i sitt yrke eller utdanning og ting som har særlig personlig verdi for skyldner, kan likevel ikke tas utlegg i.

Your options
If you are in default of your student loan for more than three years, the loan can be permanently transferred to us. We then take over the collection and administration of your student loan, which means that you will only deal with us.
When we permanently take over your student loan, you lose all your rights in the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund.
Before the loan is permanently transferred, you will receive both a warning letter and a letter informing you about the transfer of the debt from the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund.
